              If you were to take up tennis, golf, swimming, skiing or many other sports you'd probably consider lessons. Yet very few runners think it necessary to learn how to run. Of course you need to work on fitness, nutrition and training routines but what about their running technique?

              It may seem just a matter of putting one foor in front of another but your technique influences how fast you run, how long you can run and also how often you get injured.

              Running injuries are not due to bad luck,
              they're due to bad technique and training!


              In over 15 years of coaching runners I have seen too many fail to reach their potential or get the full benefit from this amazing activity due to poor technique.

              But if you just like running for the joy or for the health and fitness benefits, focusing on your running technique brings a mindful aspect to your training. This, in my view, helps us get into
              The Zone, that euphoric state where everything feels so easy and you want to keep running all day!
